Do I need a referral letter?
If you are utilising your medical insurance a letter of referral from your Doctor or Dentist will be required as part of the authorisation process before a clinic visit.
If you are self referring this will not be required.
Is my insurance company recognised?
We work with a large number of medical insurance companies. If you are unsure please check with us before your clinic visit.
What do I need to do before operation day?
A confirmation email or letter will be sent detailing where you need to attend. Please do not have any food or drink for 6 hours prior to the operation time. Small amounts of water may be consumed 2 hours before the start of surgery.
If you are unsure, please check with us.
For general anaesthesia and sedation procedures you must bring a responsible adult to take you home.
For local anaesthetic procedures you can attend on your own as well without the need for being ‘nil by mouth’.
